The state of the art of RSFQ logic shows that this technology is viable for different areas of application. In fact, we have seen a significant increase in the number of circuits developed over the past twenty years, and the performances achieved: speed, power consumption, integration density and also in terms of technology: new JJ, submicron technologies ... the space domain, this technology has not yet found its place and this despite the need for more and more important in terms of computing power. The generation of cold remains the main lock of this technology. In this article, we will list missions carrying cooled instruments that could integrate the logic of the RSFQ. We will then expose the scientific objectives and the space agencies concerned.

Birds community of the urban dam of Koko in Korhogo Commune (Côte d’Ivoire) was studied for the first time from February 2016 to January 2017. Direct observations using the method of line transects with a 15 minutes points were used to identify the qualitative composition of the bird’s community and to test the influence of the site on the distribution of bird species. One species of birds, Streptopelia decipiens (Hartlaud Finsch, 1870) was observed for the first time in Côte d’Ivoire. The order of the Passeriformes and the family of Ardeidae were most represented. In terms of their biogeographical status, the resident bird species were majority (59 %). The distribution of bird species varied with site and season.

Promoting Growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Innovation of Talents' Ideological Education and Ability Cultivation

In the new era, China's economy is in the key period of changing its development mode and driving force of growth. With the continuous improvement of China's market economy system, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are facing development opportunities and challenges. Under the background of deepening the reform and opening up in an all-round way, how to enhance the comprehensive ability of enterprises has become a key issue to promote the high-quality development of SMEs. In order to effectively promote the high-quality development and growth of SMEs in China, this paper first analyzed the current situation of employees' ideas and abilities. Based on this, some innovation management strategies and methods were put forward. The proposed management strategies and methods can also provide some references for the development and management of related enterprises in other countries and regions under the background of the new era.

The Lagoons’ Fault impact on the genesis of bituminous sandstones of south-east of the Ivory Coast: Lithological and environmental aspect

The trace of the Lagoons’ Fault permitted to understand the distribution of bitumen in the onshore sedimentary basin in South-east of Ivory Coast. The bituminous formations met are made up mainly of bituminous sandstone which are sometimes associated with other bituminous formations (microconglomerats, sands, kaolins, glaucony, marly limestones and fossiliferous rocks). The bituminous sandstones are quartz wackes resulting from the consolidation of old quartzose sands by the bitumen. There are nano-vacuums between the grains quartz and the bitumen of these sandstones. This bitumen comes from the hydrocarbons which were formed in South of the Lagoons’ Fault in the surroundings of Eboïnda. They were spread by diffusion through paleo-beaches and communicating paleo-channels before reaching the layout of the Lagoons’ Fault and its satellite faults. It is thanks to these faults and to other communicating paleo-channels that the bitumen could migrate to North of the Lagoons’ Fault between Samo and Grand-Bassam even beyond on a distance of at least 75 km. The bitumen is trapped in the form of lenses in fluviatile paleo-channels and paleo-beaches located between Eboïnda and Grand-Bassam. The migration was done from East to West. The bituminous sandstones are in outcrop, subsurfaces and in the sublagoonals; that involves a contamination of soils, phreatic water table and lagoons surrounding.
